Born in Stavropol, Russia he came to America in 2006, at just twenty years old for a summer and stayed with a dream to achieve. Moving to Miami without knowing much English Denis had goals far greater than he imagined! Getting his real estate license in 2012 he fell in love with the industry.
Denis knew this was the field for him when everyday felt like he was doing what he loved versus working. Being a realtor for two years, Smykalov decided to challenge himself some more and get his broker’s license at the age of 29.
